Counseling and Behavioral Health
Every day we encounter situations that result in a range of emotions, from happiness to sadness, grief, anxiety, anger, and fear. Our feelings often impact the way we relate to family and friends, how we act, and the way we view the world around us. Our biology can also affect how we demonstrate emotions and how we act under stress.
Catholic Charities offers a range of services to people of all ages to assist with the challenges of daily living and the effects of stress on mood, behavior, and mental health. The services we provide include individual and group counseling, services for children 5 and under with Autism Spectrum Disorder, psychiatric services and medication management, and CRISIS care. Clinicians are trained in and utilize evidenced-based practices including CETA, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and CBT+. Through these therapies, we help individuals cope with the stress of daily living and better manage their lives.
No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available.
